Very nice facility and room. The most comfortable bed and pillows that we have had in a hotel in a long time. The large refrigerator and dishwasher are nice to have available but we didn't use them. We really loved being close to the airport but far enough that we couldn't hear it.

We were entertaining grandkids so looked for activities that they would enjoy. The Arizona Boardwalk was an excellent choice. There were a lot of activities if a little expensive. The Organ Stop in Mesa was a major hit with our kids. A bicycle ride along a desert trail yielded some spotted wildlife. The kids enjoyed seeing a roadrunner and a rattle snake especially. Traffic is horrible but I was expecting worse. The water park was also a big hit. It is connected to the Hilton resort.

Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful.
Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful. Lots to do in the museum district with its parks, exhibitions, and friendly people. It's better staying downtown. Definitely avoid the airport area as this is not safe. Grand Canyon is wonderful but a +4 hour drive.

Downtown has been under road construction for years.
Downtown has been under road construction for years. Parking and navigation are a nightmare. There is a homeless problem. I was approached by aggressive panhandlers continually. Uncared for mentally ill people wander this area in large numbers. Parking and hotel rates are now unaffordable. Surrounding areas such as Flagstaff and Anthem are much more comfortable and safe.

We went for a baseball tournament in Tucson, but flights were cheaper to Phoenix. Airport was really busy and a little confusing. The airtram destinations to get to the rental car place were not clearly marked to pick up the rental car, but returning rental car was very easy. We enjoyed some sightseeing at the Hole in the Rock park. Very nice with awesome views! Easy "hike" - about 5-10 minutes to the top with steps. Only 10 minutes from the airport. If in town only for a little bit, it was a quick and easy, but well worth it, sight-seeing trip.

Thanks
I hope you can take care of this
The room was very big, clean and comfortable (sofa included), with everything you need, big TV with lots of channels and even a fridge where to keep your food/drinks cold. Location is perfect right in the heart of Phoenix downtown. The fitness center is limited but clean and with modern equipment which is enough to satisfy your working out needs. Staff was friendly, helpful and there is self parking option although the parking is located in a different building close to the hotel. Definitely would repeat if I ever come again to Phoenix.
It was great for the price. Hotel staff were nice, the room was spacious, updated, and clean. The location was great. The decor inside the room was NICE! We loved the bluetooth mirror. The floating King size bed, the sitting area, the view, and Tv on the wall. It even had a microwave and mini fridge. Well worth it! It was my husband's and I mini getaway from home (we live in Phoenix).
We took a dip in the pool & Jacuzzi. Definitely recommend!
Although I didn't get breakfast at this hotel, I did see how big the cafeteria was and they also have a great coffee machine for coffee near the entrance. The location was perfect because it was literally in downtown in Phoenix so it was easy to navigate through the bars, restaurants and attractions. Overall if I come back to Phoenix, this a hotel I would book again!
Immaculate and walking distance to downtown, we enjoyed a comfortable stay in this very nicely updated chateau in the midst of Phoenix. The host Josh and Mirlene were very helpful and responsive to our needs. This is a great value and location for what we needed. Love the touch of the fireplace in the living room. I felt taken care of in this very thoughtful space.
Thr grounds were beautiful well maintained. All 3 pools and spa's were warm and wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. We made breakfast every morning, diner some nights. Saved a ton on eating out. Bed was just right, good nights sleep. Highly recommend this type of vacationing over a hotel room. Lots of space to move around. Great place to stay.
Out of all the motel rooms I stayed at this past month this was bye far the nicest one I was impressed bye how clean it was and the staff was wonderful to work with they always had to to answer any questions we had all in all this hotel is must if u ever are in Phoenix Arizona thanks for letting me share my experience with you all Karen1935Smith@gmail.com
This was the culmination of a 3 day road trip so coming home to rest here was amazing! This home is wonderful. Every room has been tastefully and intelligently laid out. All facilities worked well. The kitchen is fabulous. The entertainment facilities were wonderful. I will definitely try to book this wonderful home for my next trip to Phoenix.
My GPS took me to the wrong hotel in a not so safe neighborhood. I reached out to the hotel, and the night manager was so helpful. He gave me directions and I finally arrived. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
I was in Phoenix only as a stopover to the Grand Canyon. So the closeness to the airport was important for me. The shuttle bus service is great and useful.
The hotel is very clean and the room was amazing, I wish I could have stayed more in there.
The free breakfast is rich and well managed.
This was an amazing hotel, it was clean, well organized, comfortable, modern and well cared for. the room had a full kitchen, a washer/dryer and a really nice walk in shower. Truly a luxury experience. 100% will use for every trip to Phoenix!
the truth is that I rented the hotel for this application and when I arrived at the hotel they let me know that I rented it by expedition and after I arrived at the hotel they did not give me my room and I paid the money 💰
The view from the hotel room was great. Overall the hotel has a very modern and clean look to it and the location being in the central of downtown Phoenix offers plenty of entertainment and dining options.
The room was not small and easily accessible, both room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was close to highway and easily reachable and well connected to get to downtown for dinner
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff we met were all great. We really appreciated the free shuttle to and from Phoenix airport. The buffet breakfast had good food options.
I didn't like anything at all about this hotel...worst stay in my life and of coarse they found some way to steal my deposit even though I thoroughly made sure nothing was wrong with he room.
The river ranch was the best! The rooms are nice and clean. My kids love the hotel because of the swimming pools! They have another pool in tbe hotel with bath tub and we still enjoy it!
The rooms were well kept, very comfortable beds, all electrics worked, well lit room, shower was clean and effective. I would certainly look at this Hotel again when in the Phoenix area.
location was great, not far from Phoenix airport and free hotel shuttle. Rooms were clean but WELL WORN. Beds were okay but only standard size in a room request of two queens.
